About

Parker is an installation artist, kinetic sculptor, educator, and mechanical engineer whose work explores the relationship between physical objects and digital technologies in art, music, and architecture. Through kinetic sculptures and immersive environments, he examines what is lost when experiences are translated into digital form, emphasizing the presence and aura of physical objects. Trained as a carpenter and currently teaching at the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London, he combines technical expertise with artistic inquiry to create thought-provoking electromechanical works. His installations and set designs have been presented internationally at leading galleries, festivals, and cultural events, including the Venice Biennale of Architecture, Munich Biennale, Salon del Mobile Milan, and Coachella Music Festival.
