Jeanne Golliher spent 24 years as President and CEO of the Cincinnati Development Fund. As the visionary who believed in the potential of Cincinnati's historic neighborhoods, she made the financing possible for more than $250 million in funds, leading to over $1 billion in projects across the region. Jeanne worked closely with small developers to bring their visions to life in Over-the-Rhine and neighborhoods throughout the city, financing difficult projects that might never have left the drawing board without her and the organization she built. She helped fund significant landmark projects, including the transformation of OTR's Washington Park in 2012, the construction of the Warsaw Federal Incline Theater in Price Hill, the creation of Nehemiah Manufacturing in Lower Price Hill, and the resurrection of the Emery Building in 2001.
Jeanne's commitment to community has always reached beyond her day job. She championed community revitalization long before it was fashionable and today we honor her not just for the buildings and neighborhoods she helped give new life to, but for the countless lives she changed in the process.
