This collaborative practice creates sculptural light installations that transform public spaces into immersive environments for shared discovery, blending art, engineering, and community engagement. Nearly all components are fabricated in-house, combining digital fabrication with hands-on craft to produce works that feel both precise and deeply human. Each project begins with a site and evolves into a responsive environment shaped by movement, sound, and participation, using light as both material and metaphor. The team’s origins trace back to a formative public artwork that shifted their focus from gallery-based work to community-centered installations, leading to a long-term partnership between Sri and Josh that merges technical expertise, scientific principles, and sculptural design into experiential works that invite connection and wonder.
