About
This German digital artist creates mapping and light installations that transform architectural spaces into immersive visual environments. Born in Munich in the late 1970s and educated in Fine Arts in Paris and Motion Design in Barcelona, their practice is shaped by early influences from Waldorf education and the graffiti and hip-hop culture of the 1990s, which first sparked a drive to reshape public space through visual intervention. Today, they work with projection mapping and large-scale light installations, replacing spray paint with projected “light paintings” while maintaining a focus on nighttime urban environments. Their work combines detailed animation with carefully tuned sound design, often incorporating specific frequencies, to create immersive experiences that aim to shift perception and evoke states of harmony and presence.
