Acts of Holding Dance

Acts of holding dance is a projection art installation that was created with the intention of elevating hip-hop, street dancers and break dancers who are local to Cincinnati. The visual narrative shows each dancer with an abstract design that emphasizes and accentuates their unique skillsets and individual movement pursuits. Installed in public space, this work aims to showcase street dance to a broader and more diverse crowd of viewers.
