OGE Group was founded by architects Merav Eitan and Gaston Zahr and specializes in light art and urban events around the globe. Over the years OGE has coined the term "social light art" for their work, as almost all of their installations have a strong social component and community message of togetherness, helping and supporting each other: For example the "Angels of Freedom" reveal the inner beauty of people and make sure that everybody counts; the "House of Cards" is a metaphor for society where everyone is needed to support another, preventing our communities from crumbling down ... and so on. There are many installations and projects by the duo that have a strong social impact while often paired with a playful tone and nostalgy for games and childhood memories.
